Since 1969 Besani Srl has been producing dyed and mercerized knitted fabrics in 100% Makò Filodiscozia cotton yarn, testimonial of high quality and true Made in Italy. Over 135 basic colors for the development of designs, a really large warehouse and latest generation technology. For many years Besani Srl has started a high level of control and in particular: a test is carried out on all yarns entering the warehouse for the count and shade of the colour; Besani Srl, during the production of the fabrics, checks the regularity of the yarn and the weight per square meter of the fabric; all the fabrics produced are checked with special neon light machines before being sent to finishing; when the fabrics return from finishing, the weight per linear meter, the height and any defects are checked. Shrinkage/shortening tests are also performed. Only after the fabrics have passed all the checks are they sent to the customer.
