The inspiration comes from the sculptures of Stephanie Bachiero, a young American artist who draws from the Californian minimalism movement of the early 1960s, characterized by abstract designs, sensual colours, and smooth, glossy surfaces like paint, resins, and various types of plastics.
These are the materials selected for the collection: mirrored laminates and naplak, for example. Also inspired by the artist’s sculptures is the Valentine heel — unique, personalized, and bold like the rest of the style.
