J-Val has become a leading manufacturer of metal accessories for clothing, footwear and leather goods. Since 1971 it has ensured high quality standards by investing in the best talent and in innovative production technologies, all whilst protecting the environment. Indeed, sustainability is key for the company, which commits to lowering its environmental impact so that future generations can enjoy the planet’s resources just as much as past ones have. This important philosophy is applied by reducing water waste, using recycled materials, and by using solar energy from its photovoltaic system.
Alongside its environmental commitments, J-Val is also dedicated to the careful design of its products, thanks to the expertise of its style department built up over decades. This department develops products to fit perfectly with every customer requirement, including a number of customised products and finishes. Prototypes are then made using a 3D printer or CNC brass machining, following meticulous drawings and designs. Finally, once the prototypes are approved, the items go into production with the company’s signature impeccable quality, which is required by both customers and the company itself. Materials, from zamak to brass, are carefully selected from recycled and regenerated raw materials and then galvanised with special or standard finishes as required.
Using its cutting-edge vertical warehouse, the company is able to ensure large quantities of raw goods are always available, promptly meeting customer requirements. J-Val’s objective is therefore to transform the new challenges from the market and from purchasers into success stories filled with quality and innovation, as it has been doing for fifty-three years.
