An evening of fashion, music and dance: this is how fashion designer Cristiano Burani has decided to present his Spring/Summer 2024 collection (on 10 September). The ‘runway’ show will be held at St. Peter’s Cloisters in the designer’s home town, Reggio Emilia, and the event will be part of a charity initiative organised with the support of Nuovo Balletto Classico and Faith Gospel Choir, in partnership with the Municipality and Fondazione Palazzo Magnani.
The clothes featured in the show will be entirely Made in Italy and, as the designer points out, “have been stitched by our very own seamstresses in our province”. This is a province that Cristiano Burani has never moved away from, despite his international success. In addition to the fashion presentation, the programme also includes a dance show, ‘Four seasons no season’, by Nuovo Balletto Classico and a performance by the Faith Gospel Choir entitled ‘Love songs’. Entry will be free with all donations going to the ‘Cucire per ricucire’ association at L’Ovile Cooperativa Sociale onlus, which works with vulnerable communities.
