The 51st edition of Futurmoda, the international trade show for footwear supplies, will be held on 13 and 14 March at IFA-Fira Alacant. The large number of exhibitors will cover an area of twelve thousand square metres, over three hundred companies have already confirmed their attendance and 90% of the space is already booked up with less than two months to go until it starts.
The footwear industry has always expressed interest and enthusiasm in attending the event, which thus consolidates its position as the epicentre of new trends and innovations in the sector. In addition to leather, accessories and footwear components manufacturers, many companies operating in production equipment will also showcase their new technologies. The aim is to expand the experience for footwear professionals and entrepreneurs, who will have the opportunity to see first-hand not only the latest trends in soles, heels and coatings, but also the innovative processes that go into making footwear.
Since we are talking about footwear components, expanding the fair to highlight the sector’s progress and quality was an inevitable choice. Aside from the new additions, Futurmoda‘s traditional Green Planet space will once more shine a light on sustainable materials. The event thus demonstrates its commitment and focus on sustainability, highlighting the latest innovations in eco-compatible materials. The new edition of Futurmoda sets itself a host of expectations that it hopes to exceed: it will provide a 360° overview of the footwear sector in a dynamic, forward-looking setting, a meeting place for professionals to forge new contacts and explore new opportunities.
