Texhibition Istanbul: seventh edition with many new features

Focus on innovation, sustainability and global networking

The seventh edition of Texhibition Istanbul Fabric, Yarn and Textile Accessories, held from 5 to 7 March, has come to an end. More than 500 exhibitors gathered in the Istanbul Expo Centre in an area of 35,000 square metres with over 22,600 visitors from 106 countries from the EU, the Middle East, Asia, North Africa and North America presenting a wide range of fabrics, knitwear, denim, accessories, prints and yarns. One new feature at the trade show was the embroidery area in Hall 8.

A total of over 6,000 international companies attended the event, many of which took advantage of networking opportunities at the B2B meeting organised by Texhibition. The dedicated denim hall, Blue Black Denim, once again delighted visitors and inspired them with innovative denim creations, which were staged with the Blue Black Denim Show. Since the introduction of this segment, Texhibition Istanbul has seen a significant increase in the number of visitors from the EU, while demand for Turkish denim fabrics has grown significantly at the same time. The innovations and sustainable manufacturing within the Turkish textile industry were presented both in trend hubs like the Innovation Hub of Arzu Kaprol and Filiz Tunca in Hall 8, with projects showcasing the latest developments in textiles, or the Texhibition Trend Lab in Halls 4 and 5, and in the ReValue Stock Hub for surplus fabrics.

Texhibition Istanbul once again proved to be a first-class platform for manufacturers, designers and buyers to forge contacts and acquire new customers, and also distinguished itself as an international hub for trade and networking. The next Texhibition Istanbul will be held from 10 to 12 September 2025.
