Talking about sustainability
with Lanificio Bottoli
The green work in progress
Lanificio Bottoli, fresh from winning the gold award in the Sustainable Textile Industry category at the European Textile & Craft Awards, is preparing to present its Autumn/Winter 2025.26 collection, which broadens the already wide range of nonsolid and patterned types for jackets and coats.
It also gives its take on the latest colours and three-dimensional aspects with its signature virgin wool. B-eco types remain at the core of the collection, including an even broader range of proposals in natural woollen fleece colours only in shades from beige to brown and even rare honey tones. Bottoli’s Eco collection also features colours created from plant dyes, logwood-dyed greys in shades from pearl to black, while credible shades of blue, including darker tints, are produced with indigo. Lanificio Bottoli is able to offer the complete production cycle, ensuring greater control, more speed, and lower environmental impact. From the selection of raw materials to dyeing, spinning, warping and weaving, all the way to finishing and quality control. Its premium quality ecological fabrics are exported to 21 countries and are the choice of top brands and national and international garment-makers.
A pioneer in the use of Italian wool in natural fleece colours, its latest collections are created with an innovative dyeing procedure that reuses coffee grounds in its summer and winter fabrics.
