Research, sustainability and excellence in the collections presented at Milano Unica

Chargeurs PCC, the world-leading manufacturer of interlinings and other inner clothing components, presented its latest items at the 36th edition of Milano Unica, the Italian high-end fabrics and accessories event. Technological research, sustainability and superior quality are the key factors that have made the brand a landmark on the global market and find their ultimate expression in the Zero Water, Bertero and NativaTM collections.

Zero Water Rainbow Collection is the first interlinings collection made with zero water consumption designed by Chargeurs PCC. It offers a range of knitted inner clothing components in a wide variety of colours and ultralight like Dreamlight: the world’s lightest knitted interlining. The innovative production process requires no water, keeps the fabric’s elasticity and improves the adhesion performance, allowing it to remain invisible. A collection that pleases the most sophisticated requirements of haute couture and luxury clients, who are always on the lookout for ultralight products that cannot be seen inside garments.

Bertero, founded in 1907 in Vinovo, Italy, has represented excellence in tailoring canvas production for more than 100 years. A formal jacket is the most complex garment to make and its inner components make up the “soul” of the piece. Bertero materials give the jacket shape and structure, resulting in a superior quality end product. The Diamond Collection within the new Bertero collection presents canvas created with a sustainable, traceable NativaTM wool base. Gold Collection is the premium series of classic tailoring products that offer structure, reinforcement and stability whilst ensuring a better fit.

NativaTM is the world’s first line of inner components made from sustainable, traceable wool across the entire supply chain. The NativaTM Padding collection includes a range of paddings combining the best durability with comfort and lightness that only the most exclusive quality of wool can offer.

At Milano Unica Chargeurs PCC also presented its Non-Woven, Fusion line and DHJ collections from Lainière Paris – the long-standing line of knitted and woollen interlinings made in France at the Lainière de Picardie factory in Péronne. The KC Wearable Technologies and Thindown collaborations were also presented.
